I've already been adding in some of the "oldies" lately because I miss them. How can I possibly have not done Step Blast in over a month. I LOVE that workout!!! So I've been trying to fit in at least 2 older workouts per week. Today is going to be KP&C, my first dvd I ever bought from Cathe.
 
I really forgot how hard and fun some of these older videos really are! Thanks for taking us back to where we started.....
