Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, Feb 13, 2020, at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Arms and Abs on the Ball” Live! Time to get pumpin’ Cathletes! Grab your stability ball and let’s hit the arms, back, chest and abs!

Equipment Needed:

A 55cm or 65cm stability ball

A set of 5, 8, 10, 12 & 15-pound handweights

A fitness mat

* Also it's best to wait till we post the recorded version of this workout. We're currently focused on fixing the recorded video issues since this is how most of you work out to Cathe Live. We still need to do some work on tweaking the live broadcasts, but this will have to wait until we finish our other fixes. So have a plan B ready in case the live broadcast has issues.
