Well, about 6 months ago I injured my back. Still not quite sure what was wrong with it, but the net result is: that I can't lift weights anymore. It seems any type of weight, whether a can of paint, or my 8 year old, seem to aggravate my back.
My question is: Is there a way I could modify your tapes useing "miminal weights" (or none at all?) and still reap the benefits of weight lifting? I have all your tapes. How would I go about modifying? Or must I resign myself to "no weightlifting" forever?
