Body Pump

Body Pump is a 60 minute weight training workout which is pre-choreographed to music. It stresses muscular endurance, although muscular strength will be developed too. It is similar to my Maximum Intensity Strength workout because it, too, is a total body weight workout which focuses on working one muscle group to exhaustion before moving on to the next. It differs in that it is much more of a high rep workout which only utilizes a barbell(and its plates)as a resistance tool.
