After enjoying the January challenge, I wanted to create my own Body Blast challenge.

Day 1 Push Pull 80 min, bike 57 min (18.8 miles)
Day 2 Step, Hi/Lo & Wt Circuit 82 min
Day 3 Kick, Punch & Crunch 81 min
Day 4 Step Blast & Hi/Lo Cardio Circuit 60 min + Superset B 33 min
Day 5 Kick, Punch & Crunch 70 min
Day 6 Timesaver 3 (44 min) + Timesaver 5 (46 min)
Day 7 Supersets & bike

Today I'm on day 7. I'm really enjoying it.
