Monday…MMA Boxing


Tuesday…Afterburn


Wednesday…Great Glutes


Thursday ….Xtrain Chest Back and Shoulders


Friday…Rhythmic Step


Saturday…X Train Bi’s and Tri’s


Sunday…OFF


WEEK THREE


Monday….Kick Max


Tuesday….Tabatacise (at least three or more rounds)


Wednesday ….Lean Legs and Abs


Thursday …Pyramid Upper Body


Friday….Slide and Glide


Saturday….Low Impact Challenge


Sunday…OFF


WEEK FOUR


Monday….Metabolic Total Body


Tuesday….IMAX 3


Wednesday ….4 Day Split Kickbox ( in its entirety including strength training too)


Thursday ...Pedal Power or other solid cardio of choice


Friday… Plyo Hiit One plus Ab Circuits…No Equipment Abs


Saturday….Flex Train


Sunday….OFF
 
I just finished this rotation today. I haven't exercised with any regularity (read: at all) in at least 7 years, and have gained at least 30 lbs. I cannot believe the improvements I made in terms of both stamina and strength. Thank you Cathe for all that you do!

Looking forward to the May rotation :D
