This month’s rotation is for all of our kickboxing, boxing, bootcamp and leg blast lovers. This rotation focuses on all of these types of workouts and is guaranteed to bring you great overall strength, muscle shaping and fat loss results. Clean eating, extra water, slightly extra protein on your workout days and lots of solid sleep will enhance your results. Have fun and go get’m.
