I have to shorten my workout weeks to 4 days - any really good cathe rotations? I'm looking for 60-70 minute workouts that focus on muscle strength. Maybe 1 1/2 days of cardio. I'm not concerned with fat loss or burning calories really, more on maintaining my endurance and muscle strength. I'll be doing yoga or pilates and walking on the other days.
