    When I figure out my target HR, 70% is 128 and 85% is 155 (I'M 37) Moderate intensity is 70% it takes me for ever to break a sweat.     I was wondering, For Januarys' rotation or for any rotation is it advisable to eat before the workouts or go for it on empty stomach? I work out in the early am or it will never get done. What's everyone doing?
