    I'm getting back into exercising after a few months, and I am 65 lb. overweight with back issues. Therefore I plan to do squats with 0 to 20 pounds total of weight. Since I am challenging my legs/core with weights that I can safely lift overhead is there any reason I can't do the "squat rack"...

    Reset values?

    Is there a way to reset all the values in the one-rep max calculator back to their original settings? I did several of the tests 10-12 weeks ago and have not exercised since then. I also put in values for some unnecessary tests and am now confused as to what needs the reps calculated...
