I just seen an infommercial about the ab dolly with Scott Hamilton and super model Vendella. It looks pretty interesting. I occasoinally use an ab wheel(which is about 20 yrs.old - was moms'), but it puts too much stress on my shoulders. So I am wondering if anyone has tried this contraption...
