I use egg white protein mix because I noticed that I was not getting enough protein. I usually try for 40-35-25 split (protein-carb-fat)in my diet and it seems to be working.

I was put on Lexapro and Xanax (as needed for panic attacks) for mine. But it was affecting my workouts so I just do my morning workouts and take my medicine afterwards (more noon/early afternoon) That way I get a good workout in. HTH Kim
