    I usually search here in the forums for Cathe's post about each workout. She usually lists the equipment needed in the workout description.

    Sometimes the itinerary will change a bit from what is posted at sign up time. This schedule is based on last year's, so there could be a change here and there. It's still a good way to get an idea of what to expect, but it may not be exactly like this schedule.

    Short Upper Body Workouts

    I did the Upper Body Premix from LITE Pyramid Pump yesterday, and while that one is a little longer (44 minutes), there were also premixes for just Pyramid Up Upper Body, and Pyramid Down Upper Body.     Laptops at the gym

    There is a separate On Demand app for iOS that works on ipads and iphones. It is different from the Cathe Live app. Both of them work fine on my ipad.

    Which Cathe Live uses the step risers for core work?

    IMAX 3

    I haven't done all of IMAX3 in years. Too hard on my joints at this point. I do all step with just the riser now. I do like the combos only premix of IMAX3, though, and I do that one regularly. I agree with you...sigh.

    I've never done it with a laptop, but I have done it at hotel gyms with an ipad (wifi only) and with my phone. It worked fine. I think as long as you can find a good place to put your laptop and you can see/hear it okay (and their wifi works), you should be fine. (And if it doesn't work you...

    Low Max

    Step is how I found Cathe too. Low Max was one of my early Cathe workouts....I think of it as my first "big girl" Cathe workout as I was able to do more advanced blasts and cardio. :) I started out doing the Intervals 1-4 premix and worked my way up from there.

    BPM?

    I have wondered about matching the BPM when using your own music for the workouts. I've never used my own music, but I know other people do. But how do you know what music will match the beat of the workouts? Especially on step...I think that being off the beat would really mess me up.
