What makes someone a "senior member?"

I perused the FAQ's and couldn't find anything. Any ideas? Is it because I'm "old?" LOL I made this screen name in 2006 but I know there are posters who have been here a LOT longer. Any ideas?

    Ivorygorgon!

Hi! I found out this morning that the Cathe thread on WW has moved to the Women's Fitness Ideas board. Hopefully you'll see this before it gets buried. (And WW'ers who are lurking, you're more than welcome to join us on that thread. :-) )

    Favorite/least favorite Cathe cardio moves

Favorite: pendulums, drop-squat-pendulums, reverse mambos, anything plyo. Least favorite: figure 8s and other pivot-type turns. I work out on carpet and am prone to dizziness, so I have to modify all pivot moves unless they're on the step. Anyone else?
