    Health issue ?

    Hi fellow Cathe lovers! I'll get right to the point, I've recently been diagnosed with 'auto immune hepatitis'. For some unknown reason, my body thinks my liver is something foreign. No known cause. Shocker!! I'd just like to know if anyone else is dealing with this. (???) Any type off...

    weight selection

    I've been doing your workouts for about 5 mo. now. LOVE THEM!! I have always wondered, when you mention the weight you use, when using a barbell, are you including the bar weight? Also, what size/weight bar do you use? P.S. You are such a great example for women/fitness!! You're a GODSEND...
