I am 6.5 months postpartum and would definitely say CTX is the way to go...it has the best variety with the benefit of being a timesaver.
Timesaver (from the Body Blast series) is also good, but if you must choose only one, I would go with CTX.

I love the CTX series. It is a great combination of cardio and weights that can be done in about an hour (maximum burn, minimum time). You should definitely buy it. When I use that series faithfully for at least three weeks, I see a change in my body!

I don't know about producing toxins while losing weight and breastfeeding but I do know that you will produce less milk when you lose weight. I have noticed a reduction since I have started to lose weight (after the first two months). It really depends on your goal --- to breastfeed...
