Thanks for the tip, Garance! I‘m going to check out The Heat is On. I think it would still be a great workout without the step and I know that’s what I’m going to do when I find that the hi-impact workouts are no longer serving me.
So … I did it and it was great! At one point during, I think, the cross-back lunges I remembered your comment about the slider moves and thought what there’s still so much more to come… how am I going to manage that? But I did and it was a great workout! Thanks Cathe!
