    I was wondering about the workout that mixes Imax3 and Low Max together.     Low Max question

    I just did Low Max on Saturday and I think it's too fast paced to use ankle weights. I can see if the pace were slower and more controlled that you might feel like you want to add ankle weights. But you get a really good leg and lower body workout just doing it without ankle weights.
