- I participated in Discovery Health’s 2005 National Body Challenge.I started working out with The Firm and learning more about being fit. Got into Fit Tv through participating in the Body Challenge saw Cathe's workouts and never went back to anything else.
- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- I love doing Cathe workouts because they are hard. The workouts challenge me every time and I see and feel the results. The music is always fun and motivating. Cathe has a great personality. She comes off as real and not a packaged person like many other training systems. Even the class working with her seem like real women bodies not fake plastic women.

- I recently purchased Denise Austin's daily 10 and Dance/Pilates DVD. I like them because it is short and low impact. My 8 yr old daughter likes to dance so it is short enough for her to do the workouts.
