    I understand that ICE is marketed as intermediate level. Is XTrain considered Intermediate or Advanced? TIA

    I have XTrain and I love it and I am thinking about starting a new system. What are the differences between XTrain and STS? I know that XTrain is undulating and STS is mesocycles, but what about run-times and equipment? Did anyone have very different results? TIA
