    substitution for IMAX2

I'm not Cathe, of course, but I would like to say, I love Imax2. It's challenging, yes, but it is so much fun and has great music. If I were you, I would ease into it and do either Intervals 1-5 or 6-10...and, modify, modify, modify. Have fun, Maureen

    PUSH/PULL

Do you, by any chance, receive Fit TV in your area? If so, you can check the Fit TV listings to see when it will appear again during Cathe's hour-long show, Cardio Blast. This workout is only about 45 minutes long so I believe Fit TV may be showing it in its entirety. Here's the Fit TV...

    Just did Step Blast!

Step Blast has to be the most fun, step workout I have ever done. Of course, it took a few tries to get the steps down, but it was so worth the effort. Step Blast is a serious contender with Imax 2, my other "most fun, step workout I have ever done." Hee-hee! God Bless, Maureen

Which Hardcore DVDs Will YOU Buy?

I voted for "individuals," but actually I only ordered one--the Stretch Max dvd. I don't have any stretching videos, and it's really the only one I want. To take advantage of the free shipping, I'm getting the Step Blast/Step, Jump and Pump dvd....I've been wanting this one for a while...

    Correct form for Deadlifts

Hi Cathe, I am new to your workouts, and I am enjoying them very much. My results have been so awesome that you are definately my new favorite instructor. I particularly appreciate your form pointers. But I have a question about deadlifts. In your Pure Strength series, your instruction...

Thanks, Cathe. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Easter holiday. This is one of my favorite holidays, as I remember the "reason for the season."

Do you work out exclusively with Cathe?

Yep. I don't go to a gym, or run, or spin or anything else. Just Cathe, with a rare, "newer" firm thrown in...And I couldn't be happier with my results.

Which one for me?? Help please!!

Wow, Sabine! What an excellent categorizing of Cathe's workouts. I am new to Cathe and prefer her newer workouts. I already own the Intensity Series on DVD and love it tremendously. (It requires a hugh effort NOT to do something from this series everyday.) However, I don't have any...
