Thank God he gave me a passion and drive to workout since 16 yrs old starting at Elaine Powers & Lucille Roberts in surburbs of Philly. Then I sweated at home & subsequent apartments starting with VHS workouts by Kathy Smith, Gin Miller, etc. and then continuing my sweat collection obsession onto DVDs with a wide range of instructors including Cathe.
I'm married, 3 kids and 2 grandkids. Live off a dirt road in a cabin on top of a mountain with a beautiful view and surrounded by many acres of woodland.
My favorites are hiking, herping (finding amphibians & reptiles), skating in all forms at least once a week, fly fishing, biking our nearby Rails to Trails, playing games (dice, board, active like Twister) and having a blast with my daughters, preferably outside on our property.
