I like to see a high rep/lower weight dumbell workout. I bulk up w/ heaver weights and want to keep my dumbells no more than 5 to 8lbs but I want to exhaust my muscles for fat loss. That would be a nice wish list :)

I haven't done her workouts w/ the band yet but I know at the gym I regretted when she told us to grab the band :( Next day I could never walk right :)
