Well, I did exactly as you suggested. The problem is that all the STS strength workouts were moved up by a week, but all the ab circuits and cardio workouts that I had to input manually stayed where they were. So the WM did not recognize all of my workouts (STS and cardio days) as one rotation...

I have recently scheduled a 6 month STS rotation in the workout manager, used the template available in WM rotation list and painstakingly put all the cardio workouts and ab workouts recommended by Cathe on each cardio day. Now, I am down with a flu (my rotation was supposed to start on Monday...

Let's not exaggerate ;) The cardio in Cathe's suggestions is between 50-70 minutes long. Perfect for me!

Mine was scheduled to be delivered today. And then at 8 PM the tracking info said "the package was missed at the UPS facility and it will be delivered the next business day". Did they forget to put it on a truck? That's just my luck...

I use: http://www.freecycle.org/ Check if there is one in your area. You post all the things you want to get rid of and people who want them contact you and arrange pick up. I got rid of a lot of stuff this way, but also picked up some useful things.

I have recently seen a book titled "Clean Food" by Terry Walters in my local Whole Foods. It looked really good and the recipes sounded amazing. The sticker price was a little too much for me at the moment (~$40), but I will keep my eye on it. Here is the link if you are interested...
