    A "good" blow dryer?

    I just got the BaByliss hooded dryer that comes on a stand...would recommend it to those with curly hair like me. I use the medium setting and it feels gentle/not too hot. The plastic controls seem a little flimsy but for $80 and the type of dryer I think it is a deal.

    Don't have any comment on the DVDs themselves..I own them but haven't used them yet and plan to do plyo legs for now. But, I would second the idea that you need real squat rack...one that has a safety catch/rest where you can set the barbell on at the bottom in case you accidentally go too...
