    Inline Skates: a good workout?

    Im not sure about your injury but, I rollerblade also and it's an awesome workout especially for your butt muscles!! I think it's a great workout for cardio too!! We rollerblade at a coliseum and 1 hour will make your butt be able to tell you exercised!! Good luck I love rollerblading!!!
