Hi everyone!
Meals were pretty good today, have alot of energy. Todays workout was Cardio and Weights.
M1-Thomas whole wheat english muffin with cream cheese,egg whites
M2-Chicken sausage and whole wheat toast
M3-South beach cheese pizza and green beans
M4-Tuna and ritz
M5-Tilapia...
I would like to join you all. I've lurked here for a while, and I think this is the perfect thread to make me start posting and keep me accountable! I'm also looking forward to seeing what other people are eating so I can get some ideas! I have about 15-20lbs to lose, but 10 would be a great...
I'm glad this thread was started. I've been working out with Cathe for a little over a year, and I didn't hear too many good things about 4DS. I went ahead and brought it, and I absolutely love it. It's my favorite DVD because it has so many premix options!
