    Why am I not having great results?

    I agree, I can see results when my eating habits have changed to smaller meals about every 3 hrs. You burn calories more as your metabolism works to digest good protein. Also dont forget you Veggies!

    Just completed this workout, had to wait until everyone turned in but Its MY time! :) Love the workout and my arms are weak. I enjoyed the longer breaks as I came back and focused on the reps.

    Help with shin splints pain!

    You should keep off your foot if you have two weeks until the marathon. You have probably done your most High mileage already and just need to relax for the big day. I also got sick two weeks before the marathon and did nothing. It was hard but was able to complete without injuries!

    I have been running for 17+ years and did 12 Marathons. The key is to learn to listen to your body. If you feel the begining of Shin Splints then stretch your legs and stop running for 3 days. If it continues then stop for a week or two. When you begin running again start slow. Of course...

    Hey were are you doing your Marathon? I just completed the Houston Marathon and am now waiting for the STS. Think I may do this in 6 months also and add running for Cardio. Should be a great off running season workout.

    UPS Glad I am not the only one looking out my window every time I hear a truck. I Ran to my gate cause I saw a box, turned out it was a book my kid ordered! Darn!! Just seems like waiting is half the fun, like a present is going to arrive and we are anxious little kids! :p
