I change my workouts every month. September I'm doing slow and heavy. This month I'm doing LIS and July I did Xtrain. I see great results in my strength and I'm never bored. And it also shocks my muscles so they don't get used to doing the same thing over and over.
Any info on the meal tickets for family? I emailed Nancy yesterday and haven't heard back. My husband is going to eat a couple of meals with us and needed to get him a $$ for meals. Also wanted to know where he's allowed to watch the workouts while he's there.
