    Bed of Nails!

    I just received and used mine for the first time yesterday. I wore a thin t-shirt with it, but could see the marks of where the "nails" had been in my skin--no broken skin though. The most discomfort was from the pillow in the lower scalp area, but still not bad. I stayed on it for 10+...

    lighter weights with xtrain

    I also do not use real heavy weights (they tend to make me look thicker). I plan to try going lighter than Cathe, but also add on the 100 rep bonuses to really do more reps.

    Early Morning Workouts

    I've been an early morning exerciser for over 18 years. When I even think about just sleeping in I remind myself that a few more minutes won't really make a difference. I also start my morning with artificial tears in each eye--wakes me up for sure!
