Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is so motivating and so professional. She has impeccable form and is truly the top in her field. Even though I've never met her, after working out with her DVD's for so many years I feel like she is a good friend who believes in me and always pushes me through those tough workouts.

In 2007, I lost 40 pounds using Cathe's DVD's and the Weight Watcher's program. I stopped using WW in 2008 but have continued working out with Cathe and am proud to say that I have maintained my weight loss and improved my overall fitness level over the past 7 years.
