Want smaller thighs - less muscle

I really think that kickboxing helps thin out the lower legs. I would definitely try Kick, Punch, and Crunch. I also would try more reps, lower weights when doing lower body. Good luck! dukechick :)

    Recommend a wrinkle cream, please!

I'm 40, and am just starting to realize that I have a few wrinkles that I would rather not see when I look in the mirror. I bought a few creams, but none are real keepers in my opinion. So--anyone have a wrinkle cream they swear by? I am looking for something to apply by my eye area, and my...

    Gym Styles on stabililty ball???

Hi There, I just did the Gym Styles Chest and Triceps yesterday, and Back/Shoulders/Biceps this morning, so I am hoping to remember the exercises enough to answer your question: Chest: You do bench presses which can be done on the ball, then incline presses which would be harder to do on...

Whos harder. Cathe or Jari Love?

I absolutely LOVE Cathe and her workouts, but I purchased Jari Love's "Slim and Lean" and "Ripped to the COre" and I really love the results I am getting with them. They're very different--it's a ton of reps with lighter weights. So you don't have to worry about bulking up (for those who do...

    Is my butt bigger?

Hi There, I understand this reasoning for step workouts, but why spin? Is it only if you have the tension on real high? My first love has always been running, but I've found that my legs (especially my calves) can get very muscular running. I have always felt, personally, that spinning...

Cathe tapes available to rent in order to try

I live in Maryland, and our local public libraary has several Cathe tapes! In fact, that's how I got hooked! They have the entire Intensity Series by me. Perhaps your friends' local library has a few. Good luck! Melissa

    Walt Disney World

We have been twice with the whole family--the first time stayed at Coronado Springs, which we absolutely loved. The food court was better than expected and the lines for the food court weren't too bad. Plus, they have an upscale restaurant, and they have a gym (the only resort, or one of the...

    Boot Camp...My First Cathe Workout!!

I second Drill Max--it's an awesome workout and a lot of fun. It has a little bit of step in it, but it's definitely not a "step workout". Do you like kickboxing? If so, I would highly recommend Kick, Punch and Crunch. Also, I like High Step Challenge. You need a high step for it, but again...

What are your top 3 Cathe's DVDs??

Very hard to pick just three, but I'll try: Hardcore Extreme Terminator Bootcamp or Bodymax 2 PS--Even though Kick, Punch and Crunch is not a weight workout, it is one the DVD with Legs and Glutes (which is a weighted leg workout) SOOOOOOO if I could pick that DVD, I would --probably...

Drill Max "Ultra Cardio Blast" Premix is so incredible--thank u!!

Hi Cathe, I wanted to tell you how much I loved (and hated) the "ultra cardio-blast premix" on Drill Max. Doing each drill twice with no breaks--I felt invincible when I was done!! I love this tape, and all the new DVDs so much--there are so many challenging workouts on each DVD! Thanks...

My 10 year old son knows what I want for Christmas!

Hi Cathe, My husband said to my son about a week ago, "What do you want to get mom for Christmas," and my 10 year old son replied, "Anything Cathe!" So, my husband asked me if there was anything Cathe that I did NOT have and, of course, the new Cathe calendar popped into mind! I cannot wait...

Not fair - but if you could ONLY buy 1 DVD???

Hi Robynn, Well it really is a tough call. I did Butts and Gutts yesterday and have to say that, for me, this really hit every area of my legs, plus my core/"gut", BUT there is no cardio in it. I do agree with everyone that BodyMax 2 will give you the most options. That being said...

Not fair - but if you could ONLY buy 1 DVD???

Before I cast my vote for which you should get, I need to know more about where your weak areas are and what areas you want to target most in the next few months exercise-wise. Let us know! Dukechick :)
