    To some degree, you can proram in the parts you like. The classics is one that the chapters and titles are listed. I'm going to play around w/ it some time and see how it works.

    I found the option on the site for how to program your DVD player, but was hoping for more. Not all of my DVDs have the chaptering listed...sigh. Thanks - I wasn't sure if mix-n-match was the same as the workout blender. Now I KNOW i WASN'T MISSING ANYTHING.

    Hi again! I have several Cathe DVDs that have the workout blender, but can only seem to get one of the segments to play at a time. Is there a place on the site to help with this? I don't want to have to write down which track and try to figure out my DVD player's programming...:7

    Which to choose?

    I am not new to Cathe, just new to her step routines. I like LoMax (Can't do it yet, but like it)and am planning on ordering it. I have the pyramids, l&g, KPC, etc. I just need to know which step DVD to order that will help me get used to her step, but will still challenge me. Any ideas?
