Can't wait to do this tonight. My plan was a full body workout. I was hoping for something like this for Cathe Live. I am so excited :-). I am loving Cathe live.
Is there a delay when a new Cathe Live will appear on the Fire Tv app? I tried to do today's step workout tonight and it did not show up on my FireTv app. I can access it online and on my phone app, but I could not see it on my Fire Tv app.

This is so awesome. I have been struggling to Chromecast my Cathe Live workouts. I always get it to work, but it is a hassle. I am so excited to access through Fire TV. My Cathe On Demand is typically flawless on Fire TV.

I agree. I think the step warm up is fast. I also have to stay more toward the center of the step to get corner to corner. I am glad you posted this. I also thought it was just me :-). I do love the workout and the warm up. I know now I have to be ready to go when I hit play.

I did the Pull segment tonight. The bands really upped the intensity of the workout. I also found the ball segment at the end for hamstrings was very, very tough. My hamstrings and calfs were on fire. I know I need to do more calf work, so this was greatly appreciated.
I did this one last night. I truly enjoyed it. My arms were burning after the warmup. I enjoyed all three combos. I always find them a little tricky the first time through, but I was able to catch on quickly. There was definitely no frustration factor.
