Streaming: Subscription Service to Your Workouts/Club Workouts

streaming possibilities Almost a year since this post, and I agree. DVDs and even downloads are behind the times. I'd really like to be able to pay a subscription fee for streaming. Cathe would get my money every month. I haven't purchased a DVD in years. I prefer not to have to store them.

    Gym Styles

All the Gym Styles videos were my most recent Cathe purchase, and I love them. They make Muscle Max seem like peanuts! Instead of doing one set or two sets per muscle group, you do several, each from slightly different angles. Even doing the timesavers gives you great workouts! Highly recommended.

I usually do heavier weights for Push Pull because the reps are somewhat lower, but I think last week may have been the first time I did the three-set mix, and I hurt my hip and have had to take it easy ever since. I think I will stick with...

At least one disadvantage to being in shape: Feeling in...

In the past eleven months, at 38, I've gotten myself into the best shape of my life, mostly through step, weight training, and running. (Thanks, Cathe!) The problem? Feeling too good! I've injured myself twice now, feeling like the bionic woman, like I could handle anything! :D LOL. The first...
