Hello Forgive me if this has already been asked but is the overseas shipping to the UK really $96.00 for me to preorder strong and sweaty?? I remember the last preorder pack from last year had two international shipping options, the second option being a lot cheaper than $96.00. Thanks Anna

I would love another low impact series focusing on kickboxing and step for cardio with 'body pump' type weight workouts (light weights) and a yoga/barre/stretch workout for light days.
