I have been working out with Cathe videos for about 4 years now and own almost all of them. I just wanted to thank Cathe and everyone who is involved in her success. You all have truly been an inspiration and have helped me to reach new fitness heights that I never thought were possible. I also want to thank all of the helpful people on the forums including all of the Catheletes. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Keep up the awesome work everyone and I look forward to all the new challenges.

Hi weezy,
Wow, 4 years of videos, that's a pretty good track record! I was just curious what some of your favorites are and what you would recommend? I like high intensity - high calorie burning workouts. BUT I also don't want a video that is 60 min long. I want a quick but effective workout. Would love to hear your thoughts! Sincerely, arFit
