I need advice about something. This Sunday is my ds 2nd b-day, my brother just called me and told me that my nephew has pink eye and started antibiotics today. I was concerned about how contagious he will be on Sunday and if we should make other arrangements to avoid spreading it around to the kids. Thanks in advance!

I think once the drops are started, the risk of being contagious is very low. At my kids' schools, the rule is that the children must undergo two rounds of drops before coming back to school. If it were me, I'd let nephew come. Isn't it weird pink eye usually seems to start up in the fall? kristan
