Question about incline for supine exercises

I know you are supposed to modify supine exercises after the first trimester so you are not flat on your back. I have a Step Co. step with 4 risers. Am I creating enough of an incline if I put 3 risers under one end of the step, and 1 riser under the other end, and lie on the bench for my supine exercises?
 
My boss did exactly that...

I have a tendency to focus more time and intensity on cardio than resistance, and so I quit crunches and went straight into the resistaball/hands and knees pregnant modifications myself -- but my boss at the YMCA who is 3 or 4 weeks ahead of me, continued to teach body blast, step interval, and resistance classes... I noticed that she has continued doing abs on an incline (same as you describe). She'll teach her last class next week when she'll be 26 or 37 wks. along. Very inspiring!
