Default post pardum pubic bone/pelvic pain anyone had it?

I am 3 mo post pardum with my first child and am still exp pelvic instability and pubic bone pain esp when I cough, pivot quickly or try to sit up from a lying position. Will this ever get better?

I think Clarissa did for a few weeks. I had a mild discomfort when preggo but mine went away after he was born. I think Clarissa said hers took like 3 weeks to heal? hope she sees this she'd chime in. I'd go tell the dr if it took 3 months. I'd think it'd be healed by now.

My lil guy is 3 mo too!
