I had a baby 2 years ago i gained allot of weight 78 pounds to be exact anyway i still have about 20 to lose but my big problem is my stomach is REALLY still big like i still look 4 months pregnant. It is still so big compared to the rest of me. I do ab work infrequently there seems to be alot of fat stuck under there.Should I be doing ab work everyday? and how much cardio should I be doing I do about 5 days week now about 30 minutes.I recently I found I was pregnant with baby number two so now I am afraid of what's going to happen to my ever growing stomach.I know I am not suppose to lose weight when your are pregnant so How often should I be working out? Is it still ok to do ab work? What about weight training? I need some imput! Thanks!Cindy
