Poll: do you work out after having almost no sleep?

Just curious how most of you handle sleep deprivation and exercise. I tend to err more towards working out, even if I can rest instead. Somehow, it energizes me, even if my body really needs sleep. Maybe I'm a bit exercise obsessed, but somehow it livens my spirit. Anyone else?
 
Me too. I feel lousy if I don't work out, and much better if I do. If I am really tired, I do something easy, or just do a partial workout, but at least I do something.
 
You know, funny thing is, if I "force" myself to work out when I'm tired (and I mean drop-down-for-an-instant-nap tired), NINE TIMES OUT OF TEN, the workout energizes me and I'm extremely awake afterwards. I don't know if I'm "doing the right thing," but that's just my personal "two cents!" (And don't worry, I'd rather be "exercise obsessed" than many other things one could be obsessed with!!!)
