I am 3 months post partum and I am still having pain in my groin and inner thighs with plyo jacks or any intense exercise that involves using my inner thigh and groin muscles. Anyone else have this problem and how long did it last. Thanks!!

I am 6 months post partum and still struggling with groin pain too, (those heel click jack thingys in Intensity are way too much for me right now). I have actually been struggling more with my hip flexor but sometimes it extends into groin too.
have you talked to your doctor? mine said it was linked to abs and since the abs are pretty trashed after pregnancy it kind of makes sense. I was told to stay away from leg lift type exercise. huh... realise this doesn't really help ...... I do relate though. it sucks, for a long time apparntly.![]() |
