Back on track--advice needed!

Hi all!
I'm 15 weeks right now and was given the ok by my doctor to work out again. I had some bleeding at 12 weeks and had to stop working out for 3 weeks. Well, now I'm feeling much better, the baby's fine, and I'm ready to workout again, but I'm a little paranoid about doing too much to start out. Any suggestions for workouts to get started again? Prior to my hiatus, I was lifting with lighter weights and riding my stationary bike. What do you all think? Thanks for any advice & suggestions!

Hi Diana! Glad you are doing much better now. I suggest coming back with half of the amount of activity, at half of the length of time per session and at half of the intensity that you did prior to your break. If that still feels like too much, cut back even more. If it does not feel like too much, increase everything above VERY, VERY, gradually. Listen to your body and good luck!
