Josie - How long have you been doing Cathe? I have the same problem - especially if it is a workout I am fairly new to! Cathe will be on one side of the step and I will be on the other but trust me it gets better and you will get to the point where you and Cathe will be on the same page(or same foot;-) ). Also, it really helps me to focus on what she says - she is amazing with her cueing. Good Luck and keep us posted.
Annette - I did MIC in its entirety last weekend for the first time. Doesn't it just feel AWESOME - when I got done I felt like I could take on the world
Wheeww! 65 pound barbell - I think that would literally kill me - I thought I was doing well when I upped mine to 30 for Muscle Endurance today! Good for you Annette!
Dutchie - Good idea about letting others know you are watching what you eat - I don't have children yet (just practicing for now;-) ) but I have told a few people at work and so far so good - we'll see how this afternoon goes. In fact, I tried chocolate soy milk as a midmorning snack and it was REALLY GOOD:9

Nicholette, I am a cat lover and yours is adorable. As I mentioned before, I don't have children yet so my 2 cats (Griffen and Grace)are filling the role for now.
