MissyT started a thread a while back about how many times you weigh yourself weekly. My scale has been unreliable, I got on it and I lost 4 pounds...huh??? Then I got back on it and I gained two, and it keeps going back and forth. Now I don't trust it!
Does anyone have a scale they really like and recommend?

I just have a cheap scale. My main things are weighing the same time of day with the same clothes on to try to eliminate variables (except added or lost weight). I also calibrate my scale against the doctor's scale. When I go to the doctor, as soon as I get home I weigh myself again and check if it corresponds to the doctor's scale. Be sure before every time you get on the scale, it is at the zero mark. I also weigh on a hard floor, not carpet. Hope this helps.

I have a Taylor 7405 Nickel Accented Lithium Bathroom LED Scale. It is pretty inexpensive, but very accurate. I work at a dr office, so I compared and they are accurate. Hope this helps.
