Slide and Glide Cardio section

I'm following the LIS rotation and tomorrow I do Slide and Glide Cardio only and upper body Tri-Sets. I have the downloads, and I'm not sure how to only get the cardio section. I saw in the Workout Manager that the cardio section is chapter 6, but the downloads aren't chaptered (at least that I can tell) and not sure where the cardio section starts. Any ideas? Thanks guys!

You say you have downloads correct? My entire LIS is on downloads :D

The first 20min of S&G is cardio. Just start it from the beginning. When the 20min or so is up, she will get into toning. I guess you stop there and go into your TBT UB w/o.
