I just thought about this. There was a thread a week or so ago about being on top of our breast exams this year. So here's is the one for January. My GYN told me it is best to check your breasts right after your finish your period, so everyone make a note on your calendars now to do this at the appropriate time for you this month.
I will do my best to remember to post this at the beginning of each month. I need to get into practice of doing this every month. My mother had breast cancer.
If someone else thinks about it at the beginning of each month before I do, please post it.
