I've used "The Firm" fanny lifters for the high step. But I'm going to break down and get the "official high step". I was wondering if the risers are the same risers that are used with the regular step. Can you change the risers back and forth from theregular step to the high step?

Yes, they are the same risers (if you have the "original club step" and not the smaller home version or the Reebox step).
