Puppies - almost grown up

Maverick came over today to visit his Mom and his brothers. They are 8.5 months now. I took some pictures and thought I post them.

It seems like yesterday that they fit in the palm of my hand and now Maverick is about 1.5 inches taller than his Mom

They are so beautiful. It's hard to believe they are 8.5 months old. It does seem like just a short while ago you were posting their puppy pictures.

What gorgeous dogs. We have an Aussie/border collie mix next door that is our "adopted" puppy since we get to take care of him when they go out of town.

My giant schnauz isn't a fan of active dogs, but she gets used to it.

Oooh, Carola - they are soooo beautiful!! Maverick is every bit as handsome as I knew he would be (you know how much I wanted him!). I love Jack and Shiloh as well! What gorgeous boys! And Pepper remains as regal as ever. She's one of a kind! Big smoochy not-so-puppy puppy kisses from Jimmy (the other Aussie)! And hugs and pats from me!

Well, Christine, you know that the next blue merle girl puppy out of Jack or Shiloh will be YOURS. It will take at least 1 year + though.

But I am glad Maverick lives with my friend and business partner, Virginie. Other than you, Christine, I cannot think of a better place for him. Virginie is totally and utterly in LOVE with him. Her kids and DH are already getting jealous And being selfish as I am, I get to see him all the time and he gets to spend time with us for sleepovers or visits several times a month.

Yes, Ms. Pepperpants is the Queen Bee :+ , she knows it, I know it. She is sweet and devoted, she never leaves my side but she can be a real piece of work! She is a tough cookie and doesn't take any nonsense from her boys or the other dogs.
